Mostly Hameed Ansari will be the Vice Pracident

NEW DELHI: UPA candidate Hamid Ansari appears set to get a second term as vice president for emerging a clear winner against Jaswant Singh in a contest CND directly to the office tomorrow. The choice for vice president has seen the UPA and its allies, the Left, as well as other parties that support him from the outside to support the headline.

A total of 788 Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha Members are entitled to vote in the poll to elect a Vice 14.

UPA managers are confident that the 75-year-old Ansari is set to get at least 500 votes in a contest in which Ansari has a clear advantage in terms of arithmetic. Congress itself has 204 members in the Lok Sabha and 71 in the Rajya Sabha.

Trinamool Congress UPA components has 19 MPs in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha 9 in, DMK has 18 members in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha on the 7, NCP 9 in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha and 7 in RDL 5 is in the Lok Sabha.National Conference has three in the Lok Sabha and 2 in the Rajya Sabha.
