NEW DELHI: 26/11 plotter Zabiuddin Ansari alias Abu Jindal has said LeT chief Hafiz Saeed, one of the most serious global threats of terrorism, is guarded around the clock by security forces of Pakistan and its agency intelligence, the ISI.
