Chennai, June 27: Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu J. Jayalalithaa, today expressed his shock and sorrow over the bus crash in the city in which 38 passengers were injured and announced assistance to them.
In a statement here, he said he had instructed the hospital authorities to provide the best medical treatment to the wounded.He also wished the injured a speedy recovery and announced an aid of Rs 25,000 each of the people who were seriously injured and Rs 10,000 each to those who suffered simple injuries in the crash.
Assistance will be provided from the bottom of the Chief Minister Public Relief, said.
