New Zealand fight back against West Indies

NORTH SOUND: New Zealand were 92/1 in their second innings at tea on the fourth day of the first Test against West Indies at North Sound, as they seek to erase a 171-run deficit early episodes.

Opener Martin Guptill was 42 and Brendon McCullum 26 not out as the tourists reduced the gap to 79 runs after the hosts had added 80 in the morning session, before being bowled out for 522, led by Chris Gayle runaway 150.

The spinner Sunil Narine West Indies, who retired a maiden five-foot test run in the first innings, made the discovery after catching Daniel Flynn low birth weight of 20 in a coup in the early kiwis.
