Hyderabad, June 27: The Andhra Pradesh High Court today rejected the bail application of suspended IAS officer and Srilakshmi in the case of Obulapuram Mining .After hearing the arguments and counter arguments of the defense and the prosecution, the court rejected the bail petition of Srilakshmi.
The lawyer argued Srilakshmi CBI could interfere with the evidence and influence witnesses in the case of former Karnataka Minister Gali Janardhana Ramos, currently in jail in Bangalore, was the first accused.The indication of its physical presence remains the obligation of the research organization, the lawyer appealed the court not to grant bail to IAS officer superior suspension.
Meanwhile, the lawyer said his client Srilakshmi never tried to manipulate the evidence and the ICC was leveling baseless allegations against him
