Pondicherry, June 29: Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will visit two days of Pondicherry tonight.
Singh will inaugurate the UNESCO Madanjeet Singh Institute for South Asia Regional Cooperation for Peace at the University of Pondicherry.
Also deliver the convocation speech Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research on 30 June and the opening of a woman and a hospital with 426 beds for children, the academic block and hostel complex new building constructed at a cost of Rs.342 crores.Security has been strengthened through Pondicherry, in anticipation of the visit of Dr. Singh.
