HYDERABAD: Crime Investigation Department (CID) officials have found that Bhanu Kiran owns a hotel in Bangalore.
Plus it also owns several properties in Bangalore.
During questioning, Bhanu Kiran told his interrogators that his hotel has an annual turnover of about Rs crore few.
Bhanu Kiran was also a dealer of the cement company to invest his ill-gotten.
"Part of the money obtained by extortion were inverted for the start of a hotel in Bangalore, also purchased five acres of land and started an agency of cement," authorities said.
