LONDON: South Korea won the Olympic title in women's archery team for the seventh consecutive time on Sunday after beating China in the final at Lord's Cricket Ground.
The trio Korean Ki Bo-bae, Lee Sung-jin and Choi Hyun-ju scored 210 points in his 24 arrows to beat China by a single point.
The gold medal was met with elation and relief in South Korea after the men's team champion in Sydney, Athens and Beijing, had to settle for bronze after losing to the U.S. in the semifinal.
The South Korean women have won 13 of the last 14 gold medals in archery and is the favorite to add to your account in the individual event.It was the third Olympics in a row that China had completed the second best of South Koreans.
