20 months old baby died becz of chapathi

Hyderabad: The neglect of child care staff resulted in the death of a girl of 20 months of age in LB Nagar on Wednesday.

The victim, Anvita, drowned in the baby care center when staff left his surveillance after feeding your chapathi in the morning.

Anvita was the daughter of a couple working, Luv Kumar and Rajani Cologne Nagar in LB Nagar Phone. Luv Kumar is a technician with Aurobindo Pharma, while his wife is a teacher at St. Mary College of Engineering and Technology Deshmukhi near Ramoji Film City. The couple left the child in the care of Lakshmi Baby Care Centre in Cologne Alkapuri for the last eight months.


Every day, Luv Kumar used to remove Anvita at 8 am and one of the parents used to pick his way home late at night.

On Wednesday, Luv Kumar Anvita fell into the day care center and went to his office. At that time, there were only six children, including Anvita in the center and its owner Lakshmi was looking after them.

A little later, Lakshmi opened food boxes given to parents of children and began to feed them. Luv Kumar had packed chapathi and milk to feed her daughter.

Lakshmi placed a piece of milk Anvita chapathi soaked mouth and then began to feed other children. "Anvita chapathi and swallowed the piece got stuck in the windpipe.

As she was busy feeding other children, Lakshmi realized a few minutes later that Anvita was drowning, and finally, when he took the action, the girl had already turned blue due to suffocation "LB said inspector P Srinivas Reddy Nagar.



Lakshmi alerted parents of the girl and immediately sent to their relatives who stay near the day care center.

She was taken immediately to Kamineni hospital where he was pronounced dead brought, police said.

Luv Kumar alleged that there was clear negligence by the owner of the daycare center while she clearly informed about the health of his daughter.

The girl's parents and the police were informed of the death and on the basis of a complaint by Luv Kumar, the police booked a case against Lakshmi under Article 304-A (causing death by act reckless or negligent) of the Penal Code of India (CPI) and arrested her. Police said Lakshmi had run the day center for the past few years without getting permission from government authorities.
