MORGANTOWN: Authorities say a man tortured U.S. his wife and kept in chains for a decade, treating her like a slave.
A complaint says the 43-year-old, was burned on her back and breasts with iron and pans, and his foot was smashed. It would also have delivered a dead child, while in the chains.
Thirty-seven years old, Peter Lizon was in a prison in West Virginia $ 300,000 bail Wednesday.
